Glow Marketing is looking for a female candidate to join our team as an IT Assistant.

Requirements:

• Certificate, Diploma, or HND in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of computers, software, and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support to staff and assist with basic technical issues.
• Assist with computer, software, and other basic IT-related issues.
• Support the team with day-to-day IT and technology-related tasks.
• Coordinate with developers or external IT support when necessary.
