Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in IT or Computer Science
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and software applications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic troubleshooting
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in IT support and system trouble- shooting
  • Provide IT technical assistance to all staff
  • Support day-to-day IT operations
