About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Frontend Software Engineer (React.js) on behalf of a fast-growing, Australian-based IT firm. In this role, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining responsive, high-performance web applications, ensuring an exceptional user experience across global enterprise platforms.

This is a 100% full-time remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate design wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Build reusable, modular components and frontend libraries for future use.
  • Optimize application components for maximum performance across web-capable devices and browsers.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and handle state management efficiently using Redux, Context API, or similar tools.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on industrial experience focusing on Frontend Development with React.js.
  • Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Material UI).
  • State Management & Tools: Solid grasp of state management libraries, REST APIs, GraphQL, and version control systems (Git).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for daily interaction with Australian stakeholders.
