We’re Hiring: Software Engineer Intern

ALPHINTRA is hiring a Software Engineer Intern in Colombo .

We're an AI automation company that enables enterprises worldwide to digitalize and automate their repetitive functions, operations, and processes utilizing intelligent automation, digital process orchestration, and AI-driven technologies.

As an intern in ALPHINTRA , you will learn and contribute to real-world projects while interacting with our professional engineers. You will acquire knowledge and experience working with actual clients and understanding their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with our engineering leads to design and develop backend features.
  • Develop and maintain automation tools/utilities.
  • Write clean code.
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
  • Test debug, troubleshoot, and deploy software solutions.
  • Help optimize app performance, reliability, and other quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with your team to design, develop, and document new features and tools.
  • Document technical implementations, requirements, and solutions, if applicable.
  • Learn and apply software engineering best practices and contribute to their enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying or have graduated from a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar field of study.
  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, computer science fundamentals, and software engineering principles.
  • Good knowledge and practical experience in at least one programming language acquired through academic, personal, or professional experience passion for software development, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
  • Flexible and adaptive to work in a highly energetic and dynamic early-stage start environment.
  • Must be available to work onsite in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
