MIS Engineer

ANTlabs    Colombo • Full-time

Own the backend systems that keep the business running — Microsoft 365 tenant, servers, networking, Linux, and automation. You will also drive AI-assisted tooling and process improvement, and coordinate on-site tasks through the local IT Support Executive.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience after graduation and excluding internships
  • Solid hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services
  • Strong Windows Server and Active Directory knowledge
  • Good networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall, switches, routers
  • Working knowledge of Linux administration
  • Scripting experience in PowerShell, Python, or Bash
  • Self-directed with clear written communication skills for remote collaboration
