Professional Cookery Lecturer

Requirements

✅ NVQ Level 4 or above in Professional Cookery / Commercial Cookery (Compulsory)

✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant industry or teaching experience

✅ Sound knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and kitchen operations

✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills

✅ Ability to train and guide students in practical and theory sessions

✅ Passion for teaching and commitment to student development
