We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our growing team and gain practical experience in modern HR operations within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job advertisements and sourcing candidates.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable applicants.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees and interns.
  • Assist with attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative tasks.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Support HR projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree, Diploma, or Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
