About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented Business Development & Software Sales Associate to help us identify potential customers, build relationships, and support lead conversions.

This role focuses specifically on promoting and selling software and digital solutions to businesses, rather than general product sales. Therefore, an educational or professional background in IT, software, information systems, business technology, or a related field is preferred.

The role is ideal for undergraduates, fresh graduates, or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in software sales, business development, SaaS products, and startup growth.

You’ll work closely with our team while enjoying the flexibility to manage this role alongside studies or other work commitments.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and approach potential business customers
  • Understand customers’ operational challenges and technology needs
  • Introduce our software solutions and clearly communicate their business value
  • Explain product features and benefits in a simple, customer-friendly way
  • Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Follow up with interested leads and support the conversion process
  • Maintain communication with prospects and update lead progress
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve our growth strategies

Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in software sales, business development, startups, SaaS, or technology products
  • An IT, software, information systems, business technology, or related background is preferred
  • Basic understanding of software products and digital business solutions
  • Ability to understand customer problems and explain how technology can solve them
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to manage flexible work while achieving agreed objectives
  • Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers
  • Prior experience in software sales, SaaS sales, customer handling, marketing, or business development is an advantage, but not required
