🚀 We're Hiring — Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) · 2 Openings

We're expanding our engineering division. We're looking for experienced Full Stack Engineers who can lead delivery, own architecture, and mentor a small team — all in a globally aligned environment.

📦 Package: LKR 400,000 – 500,000 gross

📍 Location: Colombo / Borella (Hybrid)

🕒 Hours: US calendar timings, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end application development on a modern full stack
• Design, build and optimise scalable backend and frontend solutions
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
• Work with cloud and microservices architectures on AWS/Azure
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments and performance tuning
• Mentor and guide junior engineers (small team of 2–3)

Please apply if you have

• 4–6 years of REAL full stack engineering experience
• Strong hands-on skills in Java, Spring Boot, React.js and Node.js
• Solid AWS and/or Azure experience
• Strong debugging, performance tuning and code review ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• Comfort working US calendar hours and hybrid from Colombo/Borella

Bonus points

• Advanced AWS/Azure certification (or strong practical cloud experience)
• Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes and DevOps exposure
• Microservices and REST API integration experience

• You don't have production experience in ALL of Java + Spring Boot, React, Node and AWS/Azure
• You cannot work US hours (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
