Are you a good communicator with an interest in e-commerce, logistics, and international operations?

This is your opportunity to work with a fast-growing company and coordinate directly with our UK warehouse team while gaining valuable international business experience!

🎯 Your Responsibilities:
✅ Monitor and track customer orders
✅ Communicate with our UK warehouse team in real time
✅ Ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time
✅ Maintain order and communication records
✅ Identify and report operational issues promptly

💼 We're Looking For:
✔️ Fluent Tamil communication skills
✔️ Good English speaking ability
✔️ Confidence in communicating with international teams
✔️ Basic knowledge of e-commerce or warehouse operations
✔️ Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

🕒 Working Hours:
🟢 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM OR
🟢 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
📅 Sunday – Friday

📍 Work Location:
Thirunelvely, Jaffna (Onsite)
