IT Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and skilled IT Specialist to join our team in Biyagama.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Computer Hardware or an equivalent qualification
  • 1–3 years of experience in the computer hardware field
  • Good knowledge of troubleshooting desktop/laptop hardware and peripherals
  • Experience in IT Support is preferred
  • Basic networking and system support knowledge will be an added advantage

Additional Advantages

Experience with the following will be considered an added advantage:

  • Ticketing Systems
  • Microsoft InTune
  • Microsoft Azure

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to users
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment
  • Support users remotely and onsite
  • Maintain IT documentation and support records

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
