IT Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our Head Office ICT team. This role is ideal for someone starting their IT career and eager to gain hands-on experience in helpdesk operations, system documentation, and day-to-day technical support within a dynamic hospitality environment. The intern will assist with maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting basic technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity, as well as supporting the installation and updating of operating systems and applications.

Candidates should be currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications is preferred. The ideal candidate should have basic problem-solving and communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, a willingness to learn new technologies, and flexibility to travel when required.
