Hayleys Leisure is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital vision across a portfolio of leading hospitality brands.

Scope
- Develop and execute the Group's digital commerce and online revenue strategy across all properties.
- Drive growth in direct bookings through brand websites and booking engines.
- Oversee website experience (UX/UI), SEO, SEM, paid media and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives.
- Monitor digital performance including ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), revenue attribution and overall channel contribution.
- Lead digital reporting, forecasting, budgeting and performance analytics.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue, Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to align digital strategy with commercial objectives.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, Hospitality Management, IT or a related field.
- Eight to ten years of progressive experience in hotel e-commerce, digital marketing or digital revenue management, preferably at Group or cluster level.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing ecosystems, including analytics (GA4), paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta), SEO tools, CRO methodologies and performance dashboarding.
- Proven experience managing booking engines, OTA platforms, electronic distribution systems and Property Management Systems (PMS), with a strong understanding of direct channel optimisation.
- Working knowledge of website CMS platforms, digital tracking implementation (tags, pixels, schema) and basic web technologies, combined with an understanding of data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
- Strong analytical, commercial and strategic leadership capabilities with the ability to convert insights into revenue growth.
