Sales Development Representative (SDR) - B2B Tech / AI / IoT
Location: Sri Lanka (Base location) / UAE / SG (traveling)

Salary Range: 170/220K
Base + Performance Incentives
This Is Not a “Marketing Job.”
This is outbound growth.
You will open doors for:
- AI vision inspection systems
- Industrial IoT deployments
- Robotics & automation projects
- SaaS and AI voice platforms
- $15,000 – $50,000 B2B engineering contracts
We sell to factories, operations heads, CTOs, and founders.
What You'll Do
- Identify decision-makers (Operations, Plant Managers, CTOs, Founders)
- Run structured cold outreach (Email + LinkedIn + targeted follow-ups)
- Execute multi-touch outbound sequences
- Qualify prospects before booking meetings
- Update and maintain CRM (Zoho) with discipline
- Book high-quality discovery calls for the founder
This is a numbers + thinking role.
KPIs (Non-Negotiable)
- 50–100 targeted contacts per day
- 10–20 meaningful replies per week
- 5–8 qualified meetings per week
If you hit numbers, you grow fast.
If not, this won’t work.
Who We're Looking For
- 1–3 years B2B outbound sales experience
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Familiar with cold email sequencing
- Comfortable talking about AI / IoT / automation
- Strong written English
- Process-driven and self-managed
Outbound is a discipline.
