Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and team development. This role requires a visionary leader who can implement effective sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and enhance our market position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and market growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients, and implement strategies to expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to drive decision-making and improve sales processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and reports to the executive team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Manage sales budgets and resources efficiently to maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in sales
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Track record of successfully managing sales teams and achieving revenue goals.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies in a competitive market.
  • Strong network within the industry is a plus.
