We are looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll assist with content creation, digital campaigns, social media, and marketing operations across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow traffic and conversions
• Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media ad campaigns (Google, YouTube, Meta, Twitter/X, LinkedIn)
• Perform ongoing website optimization for traffic, speed, and conversions
• Improve organic traffic through advanced SEO, including technical fixes (indexing, schema, site structure)
• Implement and maintain EEAT & AI SEO best practices
• Set up and track KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools
• Develop and execute affiliate marketing and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with designers and developers on marketing assets
• Create reports on campaign performance and continuously optimize
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Help maintain brand consistency across touchpoints

Requirements

• Degree or coursework in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, email, social media, ad campaigns)
• Proven experience with Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console) will be an advantage
• Strong understanding of organic growth strategies and technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with landing page design and A/B testing tools
• Excellent copywriting, messaging, and campaign planning skills
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer outreach
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Fast learner, team player, and self-starter attitude

• Experience marketing to traders, investors
• Exposure to AI-driven SEO tools or growth automation
• Prior experience scaling a product from early-stage to growth phase
