We’re Hiring: Technical Lead (Node.js, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust applications using Node.js, React, and Next.js.
Optimize and manage databases using PostgreSQL, ensuring high performance and availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and improvements.
Develop and implement best practices for coding standards, performance, and security.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions promptly.
Utilize AWS, Azure, or OpenShift for deployment, scaling, and infrastructure management.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their application within the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong focus on Nodejs, React, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
Proficient in designing and building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development practices.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or OpenShift is highly desirable
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and version control systems like Git.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, cultivating a collaborative and innovative work environment
