HATCHYARD is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team! If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality, and experience in automation testing, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Define and implement QA strategies for new and existing applications.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Automate test cases using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Conduct manual testing where automation is not feasible.
• Work closely with development, product management, and design teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings to provide A input during the development cycle.
• Define and monitor key quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Generate detailed test reports to communicate testing progress and results.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers.
• Lead QA efforts for large projects or modules.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related roles.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies and experience in performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.

Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar.

Experience with API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or equivalent and familiarity with version control systems (e g, Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of cloud based testir environments (e.g.,AWS, Azure).
