How ITPro Ratings Works

When candidates apply through ITPro.lk, recruiters can view all applications and CVs directly from their dashboard. Each application is automatically assigned:

  • A rating out of 10, generated by AI
  • A brief insight into how closely the CV matches the job advertisement

The rating is an AI-powered support tool that helps assess CV relevance to the job advertisement. It enhances shortlisting but works best when combined with the recruiter’s own evaluation and hiring judgment.

Smart Notifications

For jobs that receive a large number of applications, checking every new submission can become a distraction throughout the day. Smart Notifications helps reduce that noise.

Instead of receiving an email for every application, recruiters can choose to receive notifications only when a candidate achieves an ITPro Rating above a selected threshold (for example, 8.0/10 or higher).

This allows you to focus your attention on the most relevant candidates first while still keeping every application available in your recruiter dashboard for review at any time.
