We are Hiring a Salesforce Administrator!!

We are in search of a Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of three years of professional experience, emphasizing expertise in Salesforce administration..

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, overseeing user management, security settings, and configuration.
• Provide guidance and support to developers on Salesforce-related tasks, ensuring alignment with best practices and development standards.
• Work on Salesforce API integration and development tasks, sharing expertise with the team.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to understand and meet business requirements.
• Assist in designing and creating deployment environments, analyzing performance and security requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and Apex code when necessary.
• Design and implement efficient, testable, and reusable Apex code, serving as a mentor for developers when necessary.

Requirements and skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• A Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features and capabilities.
• Strong familiarity with version control systems, especially in the context of Salesforce development.
• Willingness and ability to learn new Salesforce technologies, keeping abreast of updates and best practices.
• Experience in Salesforce API integration and development, with a track record of successful implementations.
• Proficiency in web technologies, including HTML, CSS3, jQuery, and JavaScript, with an emphasis on Salesforce Lightning components.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce databases and data modeling.
