Delivery Lead

iTelaSoft is looking for an experienced Onsite Delivery Lead to support a large-scale technology transformation programme in East Africa. We’re looking for a professional with 8+ years of experience in IT delivery or project management, strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of security, infrastructure, ERP and CRM environments. What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Act as the main point of contact between client teams and remote delivery teams.
• Coordinate on-site implementation activities and ensure planned tasks are completed on time.
• Work closely with client leadership and IT teams to obtain required approvals, decisions, and access.
• Organize workshops, user testing, and training sessions across departments, including Sales, Accounting, HR, Warehouse, Fleet, and Workshop Operations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to programme leadership.
• Maintain regular communication and progress updates with remote delivery teams.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 8 years of experience in IT delivery or project management, preferably in client-facing roles.
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and coordinating with suppliers.
• Good technical understanding of security, infrastructure, and business systems such as ERP and CRM.
• Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to relocate to East Africa and meet the legal work requirements at the client's location.
• Knowledge of Swahili.
• Experience in the automotive, dealership, or equipment sectors, or working with large, multi-company groups.
• PRINCE2, PMP, or ITIL certification.
