Key Responsibilities

  • Design social media posts, carousels, posters, and digital creatives
  • Lead the creative direction and ensure a consistent visual standard across projects
  • Guide and mentor the design team, providing creative direction and feedback
  • Edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) when required
  • Create thumbnails, templates, and brand visuals
  • Maintain consistent brand identity
  • Collaborate with content creators and the marketing team
  • Update and organize design assets monthly

Candidate Requirements

  • Young, creative, and passionate about modern design
  • Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva After Effect
  • Strong sense of color, layout, typography, and minimalistic design
  • Ability to edit simple short-form videos
  • Basic understanding of social media trends
  • Al design tool skills (Midjourney, Nano banana, Canva Al, etc.)
  • Ability to work fast and meet deadlines
  • A portfolio that shows creativity and style
