Job Description
BeetleCode is looking for a proactive, organized, and analytical PM & BA Intern to join our software delivery team.
What You'll Do:
- Assist Project Managers and Business Analysts in planning and coordinating software projects.
- Gather, document, and analyze business and project requirements.
- Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
- Support project planning, task tracking, timelines, and progress updates.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood.
- Assist with requirement validation, process analysis, and project release activities.
Requirements:
- Background in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software development processes.
- Understanding of Business Analysis, Project Management, and Agile/Scrum principles.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced software development environment.
