• Experience in Business Analysis or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of data, business processes, and technology
