Management Trainee - Intern

📢 MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - INTERN

Finakle ERP Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated Management Trainee Intern to assist with testing our new Finakle ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test ERP functions and business processes
  • Identify system errors and usability issues
  • Prepare clear testing reports
  • Verify accounting, inventory, sales, purchasing and management workflows
  • Communicate testing results to the software development team
  • Assist with customer support and ERP implementation activities

Requirements

  • A management-related qualification or practical management experience is preferred
  • Good understanding of business operations
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • School leavers with suitable management qualifications may also apply

📍 Location: Gampaha

⏳ Duration: 6 months (negotiable)
