About the Role

The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns, promoting our services and courses, engaging with potential customers, and contributing to the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
• Promote courses, services, and company activities to potential customers.
• Manage and engage with leads through social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels.
• Assist with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital marketing activities.
• Create and maintain relationships with customers and potential clients.
• Conduct market research and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Achieve assigned marketing targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Prepare basic marketing reports and track campaign performance.
• Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams for promotional content and campaigns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing, sales, insurance, or a related field is an advantage.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply for the Marketing Trainee position.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, positive, and target-oriented personality.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an advantage.
