QA Engineer

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a "QA Engineerto join our engineering team and help us ensure the quality, reliability, performance, and usability of our software applications.

Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for planning designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive testing strategies for web, mobile, and backend applications. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and other team members to identify issues early, improve product quality, and ensure reliable software releases for international users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and acceptance testing
  • Test web, mobile, and RESTful API applications
  • Identify, document, track, and verify software defects
  • Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or similar tools
  • Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing 
  • Conduct mobile application testing on Android and iOS devices
  • Prepare and conduct effective developer, integration, regression, and load tests
  • Perform performance and basic security testing where required
  • Collaborate closely with developers to investigate and reproduce issues
  • Participate in requirements analysis and provide feedback from a QA perspective
  • Review technical and functional specifications to identify potential quality risks
  • Maintain clear and organized test documentation 
  • Support release validation and production deployments
  • Monitor production issues and assist with root- cause analysis
  • Continuously improve QA processes, testing standards, and automation practices
  • Ensure software meets functional, usability, performance, and quality requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of QA/software testing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
  • Experience in web, mobile, APL and database testing.
  • Good SQL and Postman knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and defect tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • API/mobile automation experience.
  • JMeter or other performance testing tools.
  • JavaScript/TypeScript or C#
  • Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Knowledge of JWT, OAuth, RBAC, payment gateways, Firebase, and analytics testing.
