Full-Stack Mobile Application Developer

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Mobile Application Developer for an in-house project that requires the following skill set;

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of React Native experience with published apps
  • Strong TypeScript skills across frontend and backend
  • PostgreSQL and Supabase (or Firebase) experience
  • Self-directed; you can take a Figma design and run with it
  • Comfortably own both mobile frontend & backend simultaneously with minimum supervision

About ME: I am the Co-Founder representing VENTURA INNOVATIONS (PRIVATE) LIMITED a tech startup building an educational and gamified mobile application for a specific audience in Sri Lanka and overseas. We are looking for a talented & like-minded individual to join with us to build the app from ground up.

What you'll be working on: A React Native iOS & Android app featuring video-based learning modules, gamified course completion with points, badges, and progress tracking that leads to multi-staged assessments, a practical guidance system, and a real-time dashboard for different type of users; all backed by a Supabase PostgreSQL backend.
