Solution Engineering Intern

Please note that this is not a software development internship

Job Role:

• Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with clients.
• Engage in solution engineering discussions during the sales process, providing appropriate solutions from the Emojot SaaS solution stack.
• Assist in designing and configuring specific solutions along with enterprise integrations (if needed) on the Emojot SaaS platform.
• Assist in the customer onboarding process, and provide customer support post-onboarding, including handling support tickets, client calls, and meetings.
• Assist in conducting data analysis, presentations, training sessions, demos, and consultations based on the Emojot solution stack.

Qualifications:

• Reading for a Bachelor's degree in IT or an equivalent field.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and basic image editing skills.
• Target-driven, innovative, and dynamic individual with effective time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple client engagements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of MongoDB, API integrations, and cloud architecture is an added advantage, but not required.
