Key Technical Skills

Expert C# on .NET Framework 4.7.2 (and a path/opinion on migration to .NET 8+).
Proven experience building Windows Services, WinForms utilities, and console daemons install, run-as-service, IPC, lifecycle.
WCF and ASP.NET Web API; designing and versioning service contracts.
Entity Framework, SQL Server and SQL Server Compact; T- SQL, schema/migration scripting, SMO, query performance.
SL/TLS (certificates, chains, cipher config, mutual TLS), Active Directory / LDAP integration & sync, JWT / OpenID Connect/MSAL, cryptography (BouncyCastle).
Structured logging (Serilog), diagnostics, and supportability of long-running services.
Understanding of endpoint/data security concepts: file & folder activity monitoring, DLP, and compliance (PCI-DSS exposure via credit-card check module).

Experience & Soft Requirements

7+ years software engineering, 2+ years in a lead/senior role owning architecture and people.
Strong Git workflow discipline
Ownership mentality, pragmatic about legacy code, and able to balance delivery vs. modernization.
