As a QA Engineer Intern, you’ll gain practical experience in software quality assurance under the guidance of experienced professionals. What to Expect:

• Hands-on experience in manual software testing and quality assurance processes
• Learning to prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test reports
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects
• Performing functional, regression, usability, and compatibility testing
• Exposure to agile methodologies, sprint planning, and software development lifecycles
• Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, designers, and business analysts
• Assisting with requirement validation and product release testing
• Gaining practical experience with real-world IT products and enterprise tools
• Physical/on-site and remote internship opportunities available

Who We’re Looking For:

• Detail-oriented individuals eager to begin a career in software quality assurance
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree, or currently pursuing one, in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and development processes
• Passionate about delivering reliable, user-friendly, and high-quality software products
• Willingness to learn testing tools, techniques, and industry best practices
• Applicants from in and around Bandarawela will be given special consideration for the on-site internship opportunity
