Head of Information Technology

As part of our continued growth and digital transformation journey, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Information Technology function and drive technology-enabled business excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Company's IT strategy in line with business
    objectives.
  • Lead all aspects of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure the availability, security, and reliability of all technology platforms.
  • Oversee Core Lending Systems, ERP systems, databases, cloud infrastructure, and business applications.
  • Establish and maintain information security, disaster recovery, and business continuity frameworks.
  • Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, software licensing, and technology procurement.
  • Lead and mentor the IT team while fostering a culture of innovation and
    continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance
    operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audit recommendations, and industry best practices.

Entry Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree or professional qualifications in IT Management, Project Management, Cybersecurity, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years in a senior management position.
  • Proven experience in managing IT operations within a financial institution, banking, leasing, or microfinance environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, cloud technologies, databases, system administration, and enterprise applications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
