About This Role

We're looking for a versatile full stack engineer who can move fluidly across the stack, building polished, performant frontends in React and Next.js, and shipping clean, well-architected backend services in Node.js and NestJS. You'll own features end-to-end, from API design to UI polish, and play a real role in shaping the product.

Full Stack Development

  • Build and ship features end-to-end across React/Next.js frontends and Node.js/NestJS backends
  • Design and implement REST APIs using Express and NestJS
  • Integrate cleanly with our database and cloud services (MongoDB, GCP)
  • Write maintainable, well-tested code that scales with the product

Frontend & UX

  • Build responsive, accessible, and polished interfaces in React and Next.js
  • Refine workflows, interactions, and visual consistency across the product
  • Contribute to and maintain our component library and design system
  • Bring a sharp eye for UI/UX details, you notice when something feels off

Backend & Architecture

  • Design backend services and data models that hold up under real-world use
  • Collaborate on system architecture decisions with our technical lead
  • Help maintain code quality, performance, and reliability across the stack

Requirements

  • Strong production experience with React and Next.js
  • Solid backend experience with Node.js, Express, and NestJS
  • Comfortable designing and consuming REST APIs Sharp UI/UX instincts — you care about how things look and feel, not just how they work
  • Able to own features from concept to deployment
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English

Nice to Have

  • Experience with TypeScript across both frontend and backend
  • Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
  • Background in SaaS platforms, especially in regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, etc.)
  • Experience building or maintaining design systems and component libraries
  • Experience with AI-powered interfaces or generative UI
  • Familiarity with GCP or other cloud platforms
