Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven, and energetic IT Sales Executive (Intern) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT/Web Development and excellent communication skills to pitch our digital services to potential clients and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and professionally explain our services (Websites, E-commerce, Custom Systems).
- Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets to earn attractive commissions.
- Build and maintain excellent, long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate seamlessly with our technical development team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Basic understanding of Web Technologies (WordPress, E-commerce, Software).
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Sinhala and English
✔ IT Qualification (Diploma or HND in IT, Computer Science, or a related field).
✔ Highly motivated, confident, and target-oriented personality.
Remuneration
- Basic Salary: LKR 25,000 per month
- Incentives: Highly attractive commissions based on achieved sales targets.
Working Hours & Mode
- Monday to Friday (8.00 AM – 5.00 PM) & Saturday Half-day
- Work From Home
