KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cybersecurity Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining information security controls and policies.
• Support vulnerability assessments, patch management and endpoint security.
• Monitor logs and alerts from security tools (EDR, SIEM, etc.)
• Participate in incident response and investigation activities.
• Support compliance initiatives related to data protection (PDPA), ISO 27001/27701 Assist in user awareness and cybersecurity training initiatives.

IT & Systems Responsibilities

• Provide support for IT infrastructure, systems and applications.
• Assist in managing cloud environments (AWS or similar platforms).
• Support network, endpoint and system administration tasks.
• Participate in implementation and support of enterprise applications and APIs.
• Assist in maintaining IT documentation, asset inventory and configurations.

Development & Automation

• Support development of internal tools, scripts, or automation (Python, PHP, etc.)
• Assist in maintaining web-based applications and integrations.
• Contribute to improving operational efficiency through automation.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and basic understanding of:
  • Cybersecurity concepts (network security, vulnerabilities, threats)
  • Cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
  • Programming/scripting (Python, PHP, or similar)
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in cybersecurity.
• Certifications or training in Cybersecurity / Ethical Hacking.
• Exposure to agile environments or software development projects.
• Knowledge of tools such as Laravel, AWS or security tools.
• Understanding of banking/NBFI systems (added advantage)
• Experience engaging with regulatory authorities is preferred.
