Operations Intern
Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Intern to support our core management team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our day-to-day business activities, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across our non-technical departments.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in startup operations, handle foundational HR and Finance tasks, and manage cross-functional administration.
Responsibilities
- Support management with daily operations, scheduling, and action. item prioritization
- Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate internal meetings efficiently
- Handle HR & Finance tasks new hire onboarding, employee records, and financial documentation
- Liaise between management and HR, Finance, and Marketing departments
- Track cross-functional business deadlines and follow up to keep teams aligned
- Draft internal communications, meeting minutes, and summary reports
- Support rollout of administrative processes that improve company efficiency
Requirements
- Degree in progress or recently completed in Business Administration, Business Management, HR, or related field
- Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proficient in Google Workspace and/or MS Office
- Professional and discreet with sensitive HR and financial information
