Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer with a comprehensive background in machine learning, computer vision, and data science. In this role, the successful candidate will lead the architecture, development, and deployment of the intelligent systems that drive our platforms' perception, decision-making, and data processing capabilities.

This position involves shaping the technology stack, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring model reliability in real-world, mission-critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the full ML lifecycle: data strategy, model training, deployment, and production monitoring
• Build real-time computer vision systems for 3D mapping, obstacle detection, and object identification
• Design scalable data pipelines and MLOps infrastructure for robotic fleet telemetry
• Optimize deep learning models for low-latency edge inference
• Drive data science initiatives to improve system resilience and performance
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and mechanical teams on sensor integration
• Mentor junior engineers, uphold rigorous engineering standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

• Master's in Computer Science, Al, Data Science, Robotics, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years delivering scalable Al/ML solutions, with strong Computer Vision and Data Science portfolios
• Proficiency in Python and C++ for production-grade development Expertise in ML frameworks, computer vision libraries, and edge Al/hardware acceleration
• Experience building data pipelines, utilizing data science tools, and managing MLOps workflows
• Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills
