Job Description

We are hiring a Deputy Head of Support to strengthen our Customer Support team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of daily operations within the Support Department
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain service quality standards
  • Supervise and guide support team members to improve performance
  • Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Improve support processes and maintain proper documentation
  • Prepare regular performance reports and communicate progress updates
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field -2-3 years of experience in customer support, with some leadership exposure
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills -Experience with support tools like JIRA or similar systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with flexibility and a proactive attitude
