Deputy Head of Support
Job Description
We are hiring a Deputy Head of Support to strengthen our Customer Support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of daily operations within the Support Department
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain service quality standards
- Supervise and guide support team members to improve performance
- Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Improve support processes and maintain proper documentation
- Prepare regular performance reports and communicate progress updates
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field -2-3 years of experience in customer support, with some leadership exposure
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills -Experience with support tools like JIRA or similar systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with flexibility and a proactive attitude
