• Provide technical support to US-based clients
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems Monitor and resolve client tickets within SLA
• Maintain documentation of issues and solutions
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operation

Candidate Profile:

• 1-2 years of experience in IT Support or a related field
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
• Willingness to work night shift (19:00 - 03:00 IST, Onsite)
