Requirements:
- Provide technical support to US-based clients
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems Monitor and resolve client tickets within SLA
- Maintain documentation of issues and solutions
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operation
Candidate Profile:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT Support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Willingness to work night shift (19:00 - 03:00 IST, Onsite)
