Engineer - Datacenter Infrastructure

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Engineer - Datacenter Infrastructure to strengthen our team and help drive secure, reliable, and cutting-edge enterprise solutions in a mission-critical 24x7x365 environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide enterprise-level infrastructure support for Dell, HP, IBM, and Lenovo server platforms Support Microsoft, Red Hat Linux, and Oracle Linux operating systems
  • Administer and support VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platforms
  • Implement and manage enterprise server and blade infrastructure in datacenter environments
  • Monitor datacenter operations including server infrastructure, SAN fabric, and backup media management
  • Manage enterprise storage solutions from Dell EMC, HP, IBM, and Lenovo
  • Administer enterprise backup solutions including Veeam, CommVault, Veritas/Symantec Backup Exec, and other leading platforms
  • Manage and support Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, and Oracle Linux environments
  • Manage monitoring tools such as Dell OpenManage Enterprise (OME), HP System Insight Manager (SIM) and SCVMM
  • Perform server, storage, and virtualization installations and migrations
  • Manage patching and update processes including WSUS
  • Generate daily backup reports and monthly operational reports
  • Participate in shift rotations to support 24x7x365 mission-critical operations

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in an enterprise datacenter environment
  • Proven experience supporting mission-critical systems operating 24x7x365 Strong knowledge of enterprise servers, virtualization, storage, and backup technologies
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux server environments
  • Ability to manage high-pressure incidents and critical system outages Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
