Requirements

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Support installation and configuration of IT systems
• Help maintain computers, printers, and networks
• Provide basic technical support to clients
• Must be fluent in English Language
• Able to manage USA clients
• Learn and assist in system maintenance task
• Must be able to work for night shift (19:00-03:00 IST)

Candidate Profile

• Following or completed a HND in IT/ Networking/ Computer Science
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Good communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
