HR Executive
Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for organized and proactive HR/Admin professionals to manage day-to-day HR operations, support administrative functions, and ensure a smooth workplace environment.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory)
- Experience in HR operations and administrative roles
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools
- Fluent in English (Sinhala/Tamil is an added advantage)
- Experience in the medical/healthcare industry is an added advantage
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with payroll processing and attendance management
- Knowledge of HR software/HRIS systems
- Basic knowledge of employee engagement and performance management
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews)
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and records
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management
- Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance
- Oversee administrative tasks and office operations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support
