Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for organized and proactive HR/Admin professionals to manage day-to-day HR operations, support administrative functions, and ensure a smooth workplace environment.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory)
  • Experience in HR operations and administrative roles
  • Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools
  • Fluent in English (Sinhala/Tamil is an added advantage)
  • Experience in the medical/healthcare industry is an added advantage

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with payroll processing and attendance management
  • Knowledge of HR software/HRIS systems
  • Basic knowledge of employee engagement and performance management
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews)
  • Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and records
  • Support payroll, attendance, and leave management
  • Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance
  • Oversee administrative tasks and office operations
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support
