Al-Ready Engineering Manager

About the Role

This is not a traditional "sit in meetings all day" PM role. We're looking for a multiskilled, multidisciplinary player-coach who can seamlessly switch between strategy, execution, team leadership, and hands-on work - while treating Al as a powerful teammate, not a threat.

If you've ever thought "I could run this project better" while working as a QA engineer or Business Analyst, this role is built for you.

What You'll Bring (Our Non-Negotiables)

  • Degree (or equivalent) in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the software industry Proven capability to lead projects and people (previous PM/EM title not required - we care about what you can do, not what your last title was)
  • Background as a QA Engineer or Business Analyst? Highly welcome!

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty when needed
  • Creative mindset + comfort with tools like Figma, Jira, Miro, and a high-level Agile/Scrum way of thinking
