Job Profile:

  • Assist the IT Manager in maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Manage network infrastructure and connectivity including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi.
  • Oversee IT audits, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage hardware/software procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Provide technical support to users and supervise help desk operations to ensure smooth IT services.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, IT security, and hardware/software management.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
