Cybersecurity Product Support - Intern

Job Description

What you will do

• Executing rollout & implementation projects related to Cybersecurity.
• Conducting simulated phishing campaigns on the selected customers & analyzing results.
• Perform health checks and monitor real-time operational systems to identify issues proactively.
• Contribute to the Security Awareness campaigns of the selected customers overseas.
• Preparing & maintaining internal services documents and knowledge articles related to projects/domains.
• Investigate customer-reported incidents and fulfill service requests in Security Awareness domains.
• Be willing to provide technical support on developed applications.
• Be able to work with industry experts to solve incidents.

If you are

• An undergraduate in computer science/IS, IT, cybersecurity, or a related degree.
• Good presentation skills and ability to drive meetings in a professional manner.
• Dynamic and willing to take challenges to cater for our customer base with full potential.
• Good Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Graphic design tools and Open Source intelligence would be an added advantage Having exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS is beneficial.
