Technical Architect (Business Automation & Digital Transformation)

We are seeking a Technical Architect - Business Automation & Digital Transformation to lead the design and architecture of enterprise automation and digital workflow platforms within the Bank. The ideal candi date will provide technical leadership for complex automation initiatives, ensure scalable and secure solution design, and support the Bank's digital transformation strategy.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, development teams, and infrastructure spe- cialists to design and implement enterprise-grade automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide architecture leadership for enterprise automation and workflow platforms.
  • Design and review scalable, secure and resilient solution architectures aligned with enterprise technology strategy.
  • Lead the design and implementation of workflow automation and process digitization solutions across multiple business domains.
  • Define integration patterns, solution frameworks, and reusable components to accelerate delivery and maintain architectural conistency.
  • Oversee platform modernization, upgrades, and migration of legacy solutions.
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, security. compliance, and rellabiury standards.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to support containerized and scalable platform deployments.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal development teams.
  • Establish development standards covering solution design, coding practices, testing. and deployment methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degre in Computer Science, Information Technology. Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Platforms, or Automation Technologies will be an added advantage.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture, automation platforms, or digital solution architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture for scalable automation solutions.
  • Experience working in banking, financial services, or regulated industries will be highly advantageous.

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in enterprise workflow automation tools such as Camunda, Pega, UiPath, Power Automate.
  • Proficiency in cloud-native architecture, microservices design, APIs, middleware, and containers.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise integration and middleware platforms (eg. MuleSoft, Apache Kafka).
  • Experience in containerized environments and modem cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP is highly desirable.
