Senior Engineer / Tech Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Engineer / Tech Lead who can deliver high-quality software solutions using spec-driven development and Al-assisted coding tools. The role involves turning product requirements into clear technical plans, leading development, and ensuring consistent delivery of scalable and reliable applications.

What we need

• 5+ years of experience in building production software (full-stack or backend-heavy, preferably .NET).
• Strong experience with software architecture, system design, and scalable applications.
• Hands-on experience using Al coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
• Experience leading or mentoring small engineering teams (3-6 engineers).
• Strong skills in technical specification writing, problem-solving, and Agile development practices.
