Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new enterprise-level business opportunities within the Sri Lankan market.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively engage with C-level executives and key IT decision-makers.
  • Solution Architecture: Understand intricate client requirements to propose tailored, high-impact IT solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical pre-sales and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and client satisfaction.
  • Lifecycle Management: Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation through to project closure.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with corporate clients.\

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 7–8+ years of proven experience in IT sales or technology business development.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: A strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions (Enterprise Systems, Network Solutions, and IT Infrastructure).
  • Communication: Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Client Handling: Demonstrated ability to manage high-value corporate and enterprise-level accounts.
  • Sales Approach: A target-driven mindset utilizing a consultative selling methodology.
  • Educational Background: An IT background or relevant technical qualification will be considered a strong advantage.
