Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented SEO Associate to join Webtezza Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in search engine optimization and a strong understanding of how to improve website visibility, traffic, and rankings. You will play a key role in executing SEO strategies that strengthen our digital presence and support the promotion of our innovative IT services globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and identify ranking opportunities aligned with business goals.
• Implement on-page SEO strategies (meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, URL structuring).
• Support technical SEO improvements including site audits, indexing checks, and performance optimization.
• Perform competitor analysis and identify content gaps and ranking strategies.
• Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies including backlink research and outreach.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Track keyword rankings and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in SEO or a similar digital marketing role.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, and CMS platforms (WordPress or others).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
