We are looking for a Senior Web Executive to serve as our primary digital gatekeeper, ensuring our content meets the highest quality and performance standards before going live.

Job Profile

  • CMS Management & Publishing: Take full ownership of the Strapi CMS, including uploading, formatting, and publishing all web content while maintaining an organized backend
  • Quality Gatekeeping: Act as the final set of eyes before publishing to enforce strict structural guidelines, such as logical heading hierarchies (H1/H2/H3) and brand consistency
  • Team Coordination: Serve as the central hub between copywriters, SEO specialists, and digital marketing teams to ensure timely and optimized content delivery
  • Workflow Optimization: Navigate and troubleshoot workflows within headless CMS platforms to keep the content pipeline moving efficiently
  • Technical & SEO Oversight: Maintain content hygiene standards, ensuring staging subdomains are not indexed, and internal linking is semantically sound

The Candidate Profile

  • CMS Expertise: Deep, practical experience with Strapi or similar headless CMS platforms
  • Language & Localization Mastery: Exceptional command of English with the ability to spot poor grammar and navigate regional vocabulary differences (e.g., "traveller" vs. "traveler")
  • SEO Fundamentals: Solid understanding of on-page SEO best practices, including metadata integration and intent-driven content
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage content calendars and coordinate multiple stakeholders without sacrificing quality
  • Detail-Oriented: High level of content integrity and a sharp eye for spotting keyword stuffing or structural errors
